The Jungle

1) What qualities did Sinclair believe a person must have to succeed in Packingtown?
You had to only care about your self and what made you richer.
2)According to the passage, what is the plant owner's main goal.
To make as much money as they can with what they got.
3) What does Sinclair mean when he says, "...there was no place in it where a man counted for anything against a dollar....?"
Money meet more then the safe, right, and the well being of people at that time.

Now a days meat packing plants have to be checked by an health inspector and fallow codes that say what type of meat you can sell to the people and what they have to do before it packed and shipped.
